EliteFL League Rules

Game Play Settings
Difficulty: All-Madden
Quarter Length: 8 Minutes
Accelerated Clock: 17 Seconds
Weather: On
Injuries: On

In-Game Rulebook

1:
The main idea of our league is based on “Sim” play. If you don't
understand what “sim” play is, then you probably shouldn't be in this
league.

2: To go along with sim play, there will be no glitching,
cheesing, or cheating of any kind tolerated. This includes, but is not
limited to, nano blitzing, turbo blitzing, and rocket catching.
• If
you feel you haven't gotten a fair game, please bring it to the staff's
attention. We cannot do anything to resolve the problems if we do not
know about them.
• Please know that every complaint will be addressed, however every complaint may not be resolved or punishment handed down.
•
Video evidence is the best route. I cannot stress this enough. If you
can get video of the offense, then we can easily figure out who is in
the right & who is in the wrong.

3: Never run up the score. We take this VERY seriously.
• A blowout is described as follows: 21+ points in the 4th quarter.
• You are required to work toward ending the game painlessly if you are involved in a blowout game.
• You do NOT want to be accused of running up the score. Period.

4: Fourth down policy. Please review this and know it by heart.
.. You can go for it anytime in the fourth quarter if you are losing.[/b]
..You may go for it on your oppents 5 yardline 4th quarter.
.. You may also go for it 1 time in the game as you please(Coaches Call) * Only one Coaches Call per game.

NO GOING FOR IT ON 4TH AND INCHES UNLESS NOT IN 4TH QUARTER

5: Mix up the offensive play-calling. Do not run the same formation over and over.

6:
You can only use no-huddle offense with-in the Two Minute warning, or if your losing in the 4th quarter with less then four minutes in the game.

7: Do not use the same audibles every play.

8: Fake punts and fake field goals can only be used as a Coaches Call.

9:
If you quit due to a blowout, do so within four minutes left in the
fourth quarter, and do so through the pause menu, a rage quit (turning
off the xbox) will result in consequences.

10. No surprise onside kicks at anytime.

Position-Specific Rules

Quarterback

• Designed Runs are ok, but the QB can not have more rushes than the RB's combined .

Running Back, Full Back, Tight End, Wide Receiver, Offensive Line

• #1 WR must be in the 1 or 2 slot on the depth chart, package use is allowed.

Defensive Line

• You may not manually move defensive linemen.
• You may use any of the madden audibles (show blitz, press, spread, pinch, etc)

Linebackers

• You need to keep your manual movement in the realm of realism.
• You may use any of the madden audibles (show blitz, press, spread, pinch, etc)

Secondary

• You need to keep your manual movement in the realm of realism.
• You may use any of the madden audibles (show blitz, press, spread, pinch, etc)

Special Teams:

No manual movement until the ball is snapped.

Acceptable Positional Movement

These are the positions that you can play each default position at.

FB to HB
TE to WR3/4/5/6
TE to FB
CB to S
S to CB
DL to LB
LB to DL

the HB cannot be in the WR depth chart.

the HB combined should not have more receptions than the WR/TE combined.

Advance Schedule & The Schedule Forum

We will advance EliteFL every Sunday, Tuesday and Thursday mornings(6am to 9pm)

.. It is the sole responsibility of each owner to ensure that your game is scheduled.
.. If you're concerned about having to play the CPU, post the day of advancement.

..If you have not started by that time, your game is subject to being
simmed.
.. Please attempt to contact your opponent via multiple mediums (e-mail, site PM, XBL, etc).
.. Each member of this league must fill out their contact info in the contact section of the forum.

Trade Rules

Trade rules have been lifted due to the new Salary cap. Trade dead line is week 9.

Free Agency Rules:

Free Agency Rules have been lifted due to new Salary Cap. However you can only one sign person a week during the regular season.

Forum Guidelines

• Please do not get into cussing matches with others publicly. (no messages, txts, or on chat)
• Activity is a MUST. If you are not an active member, We will boot you & find a replacement. It's easy as that.
• If you are going away for a certain time, please let us know ahead of time by posting in the vacation thread.

Punishment guidelines:

· All punishments are subject to discussion by the admins and may carry a higher penalty depending on the level of infraction.

· Any infraction in the playoffs will carry a higher penalty.
